After receiving an astounding number of entries for the Scratch Stars awards – over 1,200 in total – we can now reveal the finalists for each category. Congratulations to all those who made the cut – there were some fantastic entries and beautiful nails which made for an exciting and fierce first Scratch Stars competition. The finalists will now take part in a second stage of assessment, judged by some of the most prestigious faces in the industry, and winners will be revealed at the stunning Café de Paris on Sunday, May 20 2012. The closing deadline for entering the first ever nail awards – The Scratch Stars – was last Friday 20 January. Nominations literally flew in and the team has been inundated with entries – nearly 1000 to be more precise.

First line finalists in each category, won’t have to wait too long, as they will be all informed over the next few weeks after the initial judging has been undertaken.
