1. All entrants must have been trading either as a mobile, a salon or a company for more than 12 months as of 1 October 2011
2. No family members or employees of Scratch Magazine or its associated companies can enter
3. All entrants must be over the age of 18
4. Photographs cannot be digitally enhanced. Any photographs deemed to be digitally enhanced will be disqualified
5. All entrants must declare that their work is authentic and all their own work.
6. Winners will be announced at the Awards Party at the Café de Paris on Sunday May 20th
7. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into
8. Winners and finalists will be entitled to use the Scratch Stars logo along with the relevant category heading and year, for promotional use.
9. Judges will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and therefore will not be allowed to enter into any communication with entrants with reference to the awards
10. All entrants must have adequate industry insurance
11. Scratch magazine reserve the right to publish any images sent in
12. All written information submitted will be confidential
