Helena oversees all editorial on Scratch magazine in the UK office. She is your point of contact for editorial queries, feature ideas and leads. Features Writer: Kayleigh Baker

Kayleigh is the main copy producer for Scratch magazine and also works across sister publication Gloss. Focusing on product review, features and news, Kayleigh also spends a lot of time attending industry events, treatment reviews and salon launches.

Working from her Cambridgeshire office, Bex contributes monthly to scratch, with her own regular sections as well as new features and company profiles.

Publisher: Scott Derbyshire

Having established Seed Publishing in 2003, Scott continues to have a hands-on approach to overseeing the entire publication process of Scratch, Gloss and many other titles in his portfolio. He also owns and run the UK’s largest trade beauty show, Olympia Beauty, alongside show director Ian Archbold.

Sales Director: Ian Archbold

Ian is the first port of call for advertising at Scratch. Alongside running the advertising & sales department for Scratch, Gloss and many other titles in his portfolio, he organises and runs the UK’s largest beauty exhibition Olympia Beauty, which he established with Scott Derbyshire in 2005.

Financial Director: Janine Derbyshire

Janine manages and over sees all accounts for Seed publishing, Olympia Beauty and other accounts within the company. She also co-ordinates the annual Nailympics competition, which is held at the Olympia Beauty show.

Sales Executive: Hilary Tyler

Working across the advertising pages in Scratch, Hilary is the point of contact for classified sales and also works alongside Ian Archbold on display advertising and organising the Olympia Beauty exhibition.

Art Editor: Jess Wilkie

Overseeing all art and design for Scratch and Gloss, Jess manages the artwork for the entire editorial content of both Scratch and Gloss.

Accounts Executive: Laura Peters

The first point of contact for accounts, Laura looks after the monies for Scratch, Gloss, Olympia Beauty and other accounts within the company. She also coordinates merchandise and products for the annual Nailympics competition.
