Step 1
Apply two coats of Akzentz Gel Play Glitz over the nail or enhancement, curing each layer (30 seconds in LED or two minutes in UV). Apply Akzentz Shine On and cure.
Step 2
Paint on a frosty themed design using Akzentz Gel play in Titanium White. Do not cure.
Step 3
Sprinkle Akzentz gel art powder over the uncured gel play paint, cure.
Step 4
Dust off the excess powder and finish nails with cuticle oil.
