Step by Step

Step 1
Prepare the natural nail for a CND Shellac™ manicure. Apply base coat and cure, followed by one coat of your chosen colour and cure. Apply your chosen foil or glitter to the back third of the nail. This does not have to be perfectly shaped as the line can be tidied later. If using glitter, seal with a clear coat. This will prevent any glitter being dragged down into the design. If you’re creating a chrome cuff, apply Lecenté Layer It and cure. Apply your chrome to the back third of the nail.
Step 2
When you’re happy with the coverage of your art addition, apply another coat of your chosen colour, creating your cuff or half moon shape. Cure. Apply a second coat if required. If needed, I use the Lecenté D3 detail brush to tidy up the cuff line before curing.
Step 3
Apply your chosen topcoat and cure.
