The range consists of four antibacterial and antiviral products, including the Quick Dry Brush Cleaning Spray, the Quick Dry Makeup Sanitising Mist, the Quick Dry Beauty Tools Sanitising Spray and the Deep Cleanse Sponge & Brush Wash.

Hygiene has always been an essential part of my day-to-day working practice to avoid spreading harmful bacteria onto a client’s face and around sensitive eye and lip areas,” comments Lisa, who is a brand ambassador for Beauty Hygiene Plus and head makeup artist on Strictly Come Dancing.

“Today, it’s even more today crucial to wash hands in-between clients and to keep all make-up and tools sanitised. With Beauty Hygiene Plus, cleaning and sanitising your personal brushes, make-up, beauty tools and sponges is quick and easy! It’s time to take beauty hygiene seriously and Beauty Hygiene Plus will help you introduce a new daily beauty hygiene routine.”

We have a quick turnaround of people coming in and out of the makeup chair, so brushes must be bacteria and virus free for each client. The product couldn’t be easier to use; just spray it directly onto a make-up brush from 20cm, wipe excess product off with a tissue (until the brush is clean) and leave to dry for two minutes.”

Beauty Hygiene Plus has launched the ‘Filthy Looks’ campaign, which highlights the health issues that can be associated with bacteria ridden make-up and tools, and also through viruses caught through sharing make-up and brushes.

“I love the Filthy Looks campaign and I’m delighted to be a part of it,” comments Lisa. “It’s vital that we all keep our make-up and tools as bacteria and virus-free as possible, and this campaign reminds us to step up our hygiene game when it comes to our makeup and tools!”
