Lent

Traditionally a Christian observance which marks the 40-day fasting period in preparation for Easter, Lent has taken on new meaning for many. In a nod to the fasting aspect of the Christian commemoration, people around the world use the time to ‘give up’ habits or ‘take up’ hobbies.

Encourage nail biters to use this period to challenge themselves to stop nibbling, or try to help clients maintain regular appointments.
