When we think of Notting Hill Carnival, we think vibrancy, colour, art, and fun… basically, the perfect recipe for an incredible nail design! The festival is a celebration of Caribbean culture, so as well as creating fabulous sets, why not research some Caribbean creators (like Melissa of @onherbymelissa) and give them a follow/shout-out on social media?
