Following Townhouse, Knightsbridge’s second consecutive Nail Salon of the Year win at the Scratch Stars Awards 2023, founder & creative director, Juanita Huber-Millet, shares what the win means to the team and what to expect from the salon brand in future…
Townhouse has become a familiar face at the Scratch Stars Awards, with its Fitzrovia location winning the prestigious Nail Salon of the Year title in 2021, prior to its Knightsbridge premises scooping the top spot. Juanita attributes the brand’s awards success to its ‘unwavering commitment to excellence’, but most importantly to its team.

Juanita tells Scratch that the 2023 win is something the team are incredibly proud of – even more so as the Knightsbridge location was Townhouse’s second salon opening, so holds a special place in their hearts. “Launching the salon in Harrods was a huge achievement for us, as the department store is known worldwide, and we couldn’t be more pleased to be part of something so special. The space embodies our brand’s ethos beautifully: it is designed to be welcoming and stylish, but also convenient for the team when it comes to running the business. Many aspects of the interiors were bespoke to ensure individuality,” she continues.
When asked if we can expect to see Townhouse entering the Scratch Stars Awards 2024, Juanita is sure of her answer: “Definitely, and we would absolutely recommend entering the awards. The recognition and support we have received from it has been so valuable to us. 2024 is going to be our busiest year yet, so expect to see Townhouse expanding to new locations and plenty of other exciting launches along the way!”
