The team at Tress & Bloom pride themselves on combining ‘good vibes and amazing treatments’, reveals owner Sandy Clavey.
“We opened the salon earlier in the year,” Sandy explains. “We are a dream team, working in a beautiful environment. The salon is unique because of the team. They are all awesome, skilled professionals that are kind-hearted.
“I wanted to create a bright salon that is just nice to be in! I am not a businesswoman; I’m a beauty therapist that opened a salon. Money isn’t everything to me. I want clients to feel comfortable and enjoy coming to their appointments and my team to be happy and enjoy work. I’ve managed to make a profitable business in the process.
“We don’t have a uniform. There are no colour codes or restrictions. I believe if you feel comfortable, you should express your style and be creative. Our decor matches this ethos. We’re all about good vibes and amazing treatments. Our style isn’t fussy, dark or plain. It’s light and bright, clean and uplifting.”
