We want to see the designs trending at your nail desk!

Talented tech, Kerry Rees, reveals that her clients are opting for deeper colours in the recent cold climate but with a splash of bling for good measure.

“My clients love a different and unique design every time they come back to me for an appointment. In the colder months, clients are drawn to deep and sexy colours and so they’re more popular in this chilly weather. I’m also very lucky as the majority of my clients let me do as I please with the design and colour choice.

“This is a pretty simple design set – I started off with CJP in Maroon on the thumb, index and pinky. Next, I went in with a mixture of three glitters on the middle finger. On the ring finger I want that crystal tip so I applied CJP in Maroon just at the cuticle and blended down slightly, over the join I added the glitter again and then capped in clear acrylic.

“Once filed and shaped, I picked a regal looking stamp and applied using gold stamping polish. I don’t feel a set is finished without bling and I absolutely love over-the-top larger pieces so I added the pretty pink and gold gems to the ring fingers.

“I love this set because it is super classy and very regal-looking with a perfect amount of bling and glitter!”
