Abstract flower nails for summer with Light Elegance

Light Elegance educator, Hope Jung, shares how to create this bold, abstract flower design using the summer 2023 Viva La Fiesta collection.

Step 1
After applying Niña Bonita as the base, paint a medium-sized circle by the cuticle using Maraca Mama.
Step 2
Using the Swirly Celina Rydén Art Brush, paint teardrop-shaped flower petals with Hot as a Jalapeño.
Step 3
Accent the dot at the centre of the flower using Holy Guacamole and a Bling Stylus, and using the Stripy Celina Rydén Art Brush, paint lines around the petals using the same shade.
Step 4
Using Seriously Succulent, add dots from the end of the central flower petal towards the tip of the nail and along the sides of the petal. Add the final dot to the centre of the flower using Totally Taffy, and use the shade to mimic the lines created with Holy Guacamole.
Step 5
With the Swirly Celina Rydén Art Brush, create an ombré from the base of the flower petals using Extra Spicy.
Step 6
Finish with your desired top coat.
