Step 1
Prep the nails for Halo Gel Polish application then apply a layer of your chosen Halo base coat. Cure, and apply two coats of Halo Gel Polish in Black onto the index and ring fingernails, curing between each coat. Next, apply two coats of Halo Gel Polish in Dazzle to the middle fingernail, pinkie and thumbnail, curing between each coat.
Step 2
Apply Halo Velvet Matte Top Coat to the black nails and cure. On the middle fingernail, paint a half moon shape using Halo Gel Polish in French White. Cure, then apply a second coat and cure. On the ring fingernail, use French White and a fine liner brush to paint the outline of a Champagne flute. Cure.
Step 3
Fill in the glass section of the Champagne flute using Halo Gel Polish in Santorini. Cure, then add Halo Gel Polish in Dazzle to the glass to create the impression of sparkling bubbles. Cure. Apply two small dots of Dazzle to the index finger using a fine liner brush. Use the brush to flick the gel polish outwards from the middle of the dots, to create firework effects. Cure.
Step 4
Add shorter flicks to the fireworks using Halo Gel Polish in French White and a fine liner brush. Cure, then use the Black shade with the fine liner brush to outline the half moon shape on the middle fingernail. Cure. Add another black curved line inside the shape and cure.
Step 5
Use Halo Gel Polish in Black to paint short, vertical lines between the two curved lines painted on the middle fingernail in the previous step. Paint the clock numbers and cure.
Step 6
Paint clock hands onto the middle fingernail using Halo Gel Polish in Black. Cure, and repeat for stronger coverage if desired.
Step 7
Apply Halo Non Wipe Top Coat to all nails and cure to finish.
