Sparkle nails

Salon System nail expert, Julie-Anne Larivière, has created a sparkle-inspired nail step-by-step using the new GELLUX Star Attraction Collection.
Step 1
File the nails to shape, push the cuticles back with the GELLUX Cuticle Handy Manicure Tool and gently buff the surface of the nails with a white block. Thoroughly wipe nails with GELLUX Nail + File Cleansing Spray and a lint free pad. When the nails are dry, apply GELLUX Fast Bond and let dry for 30 seconds. Then apply one very thin layer of the GELLUX Builder Gel in Light Pink – one thin layer then one thicker, making sure to build an apex. Cure in between coats for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Next, apply two layers of GELLUX in the shade Fabulous Darling, curing in between layers for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Then, apply a horizontal stroke of GELLUX in the shade Centre of Attention in the centre of each nail, then cure.
Step 4
Repeat step 4, but this time using GELLUX in the shade Spotlight.
Step 5
Dip a fine detail brush into GELLUX in the shade Purely White and paint some twinkles and dots where you have applied the glitter polishes, then cure for 60 seconds.
Step 6
Finally, apply the GELLUX Shiny Top Coat and cure for 60 – 90 seconds. Next wipe the nails with GELLUX Prep + Wipe. Wipe the nails with GELLUX Prep + Wipe again and apply GELLUX Nail & Cuticle Oil.
