How to create this sweet Halloween scene on nails

Try your hand at this spooky but sweet scene featuring a witch and her pet cat, by international nail artist & educator, Anastasiia Morozova.
Step 1
Create your enhancement in your preferred system. Refine and buff the surface for artwork. Remove any dust and clean the nail with cleanser. Using gel polish or gel paints, create the outline of your design. First create the silhouette in black, before filling in the shapes with white, as well as yellow and orange of the pumpkin. Cure.
Step 2
Start to build up your design by blending shades. Use light and darker shades of purple for the little girl’s robes and light blue and two shades of green for her hat. For the cat’s hat, use the same shades of purple for a balanced design. Cure.
Step 3
Next, use nude, light pink and brown tones for the little girl’s face and hands. For the kitten, use a blend of black and white gel polishes to create a grey, ombré effect. Cure.
Step 4
Add detail and outlines to your design with a fine detail brush and white and black gel paints. Cure.
Step 5
When you’re happy, seal your design with topcoat and cure.
