CEW announces 2017 award finalists

CEW has announce the finalists of the 2017 CEW Beauty Awards.

The professional organisation unites professionals from across the beauty industry, while the awards recognise product innovation and creativity in the sector. In its 25th year, the announcement son finalists sees The Nourishing Cracked Heel Balm for Happy Feet from Margaret Dabbs’s Bare Feet range in the Best New Hand, Foot or Nail Care Product category. This year saw a record number of entries across the 29 categories, with 750 beauty industry figures try and test the products before voting.

Other brands nominated include Elemis, Benefit Cosmetics, ST Tropez, Charlotte Tilbury, Dove, Neal’s Yard Remedies, Aromatherapy Associates and Liz Earle.

This year has seen additional award categories, including a ‘Best New Wellbeing Product’ to mark the growing trend. The anniversary year also sees partnership with Classic FM for the new Classic FM’s Beatuy Hall of Fame award. Twenty-five iconic products were complied, with the three finalists being Aromatherapy Associates’ Deep Relax Bath & Shower Oil, Chanel  No.5 eau de’parfum and YSL’s Touche Éclat.

The winners will be announced at the CEW Beauty Awards Winners Announcement Lunch on 28th April at the London Hilton on Park Lane.
