CIDESCO endorses NailKnowledge online learning platform

World standard for beauty and spa therapy, CIDESCO International, has approved and endorsed the NailKnowledge virtual learning platform; conceptualised by a team of experts including industry aficionado, Marian Newman BEM. It offers a flexible, interactive and visual way to learn online.
Within the NailKnowledge online platform is a diploma that covers the essential theory necessary for a career as a nail professional.
“NailKnowledge is an approved and highly recommended resource to assist in the teaching and delivery of nail and beauty qualifications written in accordance with the national occupational standards,” comments Timea Vaczlavik, global head of education for CIDESCO.

Founded in 1946, CIDESCO is an awarding organisation and is recognised as the ‘gold standard’ for beauty therapy globally. Its membership is open to leading schools, colleges, beauty salons and spas worldwide and students looking to achieve a superior level of training. The CIDESCO Diploma qualification which is recognised worldwide.
In 2021, the CIDESCO Education Board enlisted the help of Marian Newman BEM to help create a suite of nail services qualifications, based on the European style of the National Occupational Standards (NOS).
