Elemis has shown its support for the Breast Cancer Care charity for over 15 years, and this year donated £25,000 to the cause.

The sum, which will be amassed through sales of a limited edition 100ml Pro-Collagen Marine Cream – out in July, was presented by Elemis co-founder, Oriele Frank, to Brodie Innes and Megan Hewlett of Breast Cancer Care.

Elemis has produced a pink packaged product every year it has supported BCC as a reminder that checking breasts should be as regular as applying a daily moisturiser.

Elemis is incredibly proud to support Breast Cancer Care,” Oriele comments. “I think that breast cancer has touched all our staff in some way, either personally or through their friends, family and colleagues. Celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Pink Ribbon, we wanted to support with a very special limited edition Pro-Collagen Marine Cream.

“This iconic award winning day cream supports the skin’s natural functions and a cause that supports anyone affected by breast cancer.”

Lizzie Iredale, head of corporate partnerships at Breast Cancer Care, comments: “We are incredibly grateful to Elemis for the continued support. 2017 is a milestone year that marks the 25th anniversary of the pink ribbon, a powerful symbol for those affected by breast cancer.

Breast Cancer Care has helped millions of women and men, their friends and families, living with, through and beyond breast cancer, and with Elemis’ ongoing support we can continue to be there for people affected by breast cancer.

“With 62,000 people being told they have breast cancer every year, there’s never been a greater need for our life-changing support, both for today and tomorrow.”

The limited edition Pro-Collagen Marine Cream for Breast Cancer Care will launch in July.
