Beauty business expert and founder of the International Salon Business School, Liz McKeon, has announced the return of her Management Training Programme: Elevate Your Management and Leadership Skills, taking place in August 2023.
Providing attendees with practical and easy-to-implement, business strategies and people management communication skills, the course covers a range of topics, including team leadership, time management, management of day-to-day operations, agendas for staff and management meetings, communication for improved management, and sales training.
The course is suitable for salon owners and managers, team members looking to become team leaders, business owners and aspiring salon owners, and senior stylists and therapists looking towards futures in management.
