Illuminate nails with Jessica Phēnom City Lights collection

Jessica Nails has revealed the City Lights collection in time for the autumn/winter season, available in its Phēnom formula.
The collections sees three new vivid additions to the three-step quick-drying, high-shine manicure system, which now boasts over 70 shades to choose from.
Inspired by the ‘tones of an urban galaxy’, ensure clients’ nails sparkle in the cold night skies. The City Lights collection includes:
- Meet Me in Milan – electric blue crème
- So NYC – baby pink crème
- London Town – sparkling mauve metallic
For best results, prime nails with two coats of the Phēnom Base Coat, followed by two coats of Phénom Vivid Colour and finished with two coats of Phēnom Finale Shine, designed to give a glossy gel-like finish.
