Lake District spa reveals cancer-suitable treatment additions

Armathwaite Hall Hotel & Spa, a luxury spa resort in the Lake District, has introduced Cancer Touch Therapy treatments in partnership with The Made for Life Foundation.

Created for those living with or recovering from cancer, Cancer Touch Therapy was developed taking advice from trained oncology massage teachers, advisors within the oncology team at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust and Macmillan.

The treatments use Made for Life Organics products and include: the Hand on Heart service for the head, face, back and shoulders; Catch the Breath, for the back and head ; Touch Therapy Deeply Relaxing Touch, for face or body; and the Soothe and Nurture, an organic facial.
