Sophie spent over 300 hours perfecting the festival nail art designs, which include miniature versions of caterpillar cake, Cuthbert; Bramwell’s Baked Beans; Nordpak Slightly Salted Butter and Professor Peppy. The thumbnail has proved a crowd-pleaser amongst Aldi fans – featuring a miniature Aldi checkout desk.

The campaign was created following findings that over a third (38%) of festivalgoers consider bold nail designs as part of their festival outfits, with 39% more saying their nails are as important as a tent.

Aldi was also considered a go-to staple for festival lovers, with over 46% of those surveyed considering Aldi as the supermarket for their must-haves.

Julie Ashfield, chief commercial officer at Aldi UK, says: “Festival season wouldn’t be complete without fun manicures, and we wanted to offer some inspiration to Aldi lovers who are looking to go all out with their next set. Because who wouldn’t want Bramwell’s Baked Beans, Professor Peppy and Magnum Washing Up Liquid on their nails?”
