MINX COLLABORATES with Nails: Mastered to launch new collection

Nail wrap specialist, Minx, has partnered with the Nails:Mastered programme to produce a collection of 16 unique nail wraps, available via Sweet Squared.

A task was set on the programme by the team at Minx to create a wrap design, and 16 Mastered techs from across the globe had their designs chosen; six of which are based in the UK.

Nails:Mastered was developed in partnership with industry icon and trailblazer, Marian Newman. Designed exclusively for experienced nail technicians who aspire to work as session stylists, the course offers them the support and facilities to develop their abilities and learn the industry through the experts.

The collection showcases a variety of different styles, from metallics and silk finishes to geometric and abstract designs.

“When my good friend and matriarch to the world of nails, Marian Newman talked to me about the Mastered programme that she was instructing, I was giddy with excitement,” comments Minx co-founder, Janine Jordan.

“To have Marian guide the artists and set standards and expectations is a first and a real game changer.

“When Marian told me she would like to include designing a Minx as one of the tasks, I was over the moon! All I can say now is ‘WOW’ – it has been so challenging yet rewarding; going through the reviews, the selection and then taking the chosen designs and converting them to Minx, without compromising the artists’ visions has given all of team Minx many a sleepless night!”
