NovaLash announces winner of annual LASHOff event

Eyelash extension brand, NovaLash, recently recognised its talented extension artists in its seventh annual gala, LASHOff 2018.
Held in Houston, Texas, the event served to award the top lash artist from the company’s international roster of lash extension professionals as ‘Lash Artist of the Year‘.
Candidates are judged via their submission of photographs and videos, which are examined on application technique, product usage, client education and overall communication skills.
NovaLash CEO, Sophy Merszei, presented the Lash Artist of the Year award to Tonje Fjeldeberg Elshaug of Alfaz del Pi, Spain.
“Tonje’s professionalism and dedication to her career makes her a perfect NovaLash Lash Artist of the Year. She earned this hard-won honour for her flawless technique and devotion to safety in giving clients the signature NovaLash look,” comments Sophy Merszei.
Tonje will become a NovaLash brand ambassador for the coming year, with the company providing her with advertising, marketing and travel opportunities.
“To be a finalist in LASHOff was overwhelming, but to win Lash Artist of the Year is truly my dream come true,” said Tonje. “I hope this win inspires others, and I want to say a big thank you to NovaLash for being one of my biggest motivators.”
The yearly event is also a way to welcome global brand ambassadors, which are reassigned annually. This year, the UK ambassadors are Zoe Kinnear (Scotland), Andrea McQuade (Scotland), Evonne McMillan (Scotland) and Sarah-Ann Barham (Felixstowe).
