Boost customer experience as Ferrero Foodservice, the Italian family-owned confectionary comapny, launches its tic tac pillow packs for salon environments.

Recent research commissioned by Ferrero found that, despite the fact consumers were happy to receive complimentary mints, 60% believe that a bowl of open mints at reception looked dated and unhygienic.

Ferrero’s new tic tac pillow pack offers fresh way to provide clients with complimentary mints: encased in a convenient and hygienic format, the pillow pack contains four fresh-mint flavoured tic tacs, providing both owners and clients with quality reassurance.

Zareen Deboo, foodservice channel operations manager at Ferrero, explains, “When it comes to consumer perception, tic tac is the little thing that makes a big difference to business. The new pillow pack, combined with the fact tic tac is the fastest growing top ten pocket confectionary brand, provides an innovative way to offer complimentary mints – a feature 85% of people would opt for over unwrapped mints.

“tic tac is versatile too, it can be used across a salon or shop, including reception desks, styling stations or beauty rooms – customers will thank you for it being readily available.”

To compliment the tic tac launch, salons, barber shops and spas are also able to order additional products from the Ferrero Foodservice website, including Ferrero Rocher and Kinder Bueno Mini.
