Global nail brand, OPI, has unveiled the three members of its restructured UK brand team.

Jess Gregory
Jess Gregory has been appointed OPI’s associate brand director. In this role, she oversees and leads OPI’s brand strategy, and ensures an exciting product innovation roadmap for UK customers and businesses. She is also responsible for brand campaigns across all paid, earned and owned channels.
“My professional journey with OPI has only recently begun, but my personal passion for the brand isn’t new,” she tells Scratch. “I’m excited to be leading an amazing team and iconic brand that delivers high-quality products and services to our professional partners and customers. The next few months are packed with exciting innovations, and I can’t wait to continue to collaborate with the nail community to bring these to life.”

Mei Posso
Mei Posso remains as OPI brand manager, ensuring the successful execution of the brand’s strategic plans and campaigns. She manages OPI’s product launches and go to market cycle across all marketing channels for the UK and Ireland market.
“I enjoy that our products give so many creatives the outlet to channel their individuality, as well as provide many others with the tools to become their own boss,” she says. “Meeting salon owners and connecting with industry professionals gives me a real sense of purpose. I like that my day-to-day at OPI is never the same; one day I’ll be working on upcoming financial forecasts, the next I’ll be designing influencer mailers or hand modelling for content. This keeps me energised for the months ahead, as we always have something exciting in the pipeline!”

Charlotte Lowe
OPI educator & Scratch Stars Educator of the Year finalist 2025, Charlotte Lowe, has been promoted to OPI’s education brand manager. Within this role, she designs and deploys the brand’s education content and activation, in line with the overall OPI brand strategy. She is responsible for delivering technical training for current and new products, and delivering the right education toolkit to drive product knowledge and brand love.
“I am excited to be moving into a new role within the OPI brand team,” she comments. “It’s an incredible opportunity, both personally and professionally, to work alongside Jess and Mei on ways to elevate the brand. One of the things I love most about working for OPI is the energy and passion that runs through the whole company. It’s so inspiring to be part of a brand that has such a strong heritage in the industry!
“We have a very busy few months ahead with upcoming launches, and I can’t wait to support nail professionals in my new capacity. Within the wider OPI community, we’re grateful to have ten finalist places at the Scratch Stars Awards 2025, and I’m looking forward to celebrating with all the finalists at the Scratch Stars Party on 6 July!”
