Programme launches to help beauty pros build successful careers as business coaches

Beauty business mentor, Layla Tourh, has launched certification programme, Coach The Coach™, to help pros make a difference via business coaching.

Providing the ‘tools, strategies and mindset shifts you need to become a confident, qualified and deeply impactful business coach’, the six-week programme for beauty professionals and established educators blends online modules, live business coaching and an in-person assessment.

Helping pros to elevate their offerings and grow their businesses beyond the nail desk, Coach The Coach™ is designed to be integrated into training academies, as well as used by independent pros.

Layla brings her expertise as a successful salon owner and beauty industry educator of over 20 years, and offers a curriculum covering mindset, communication mastery, sales psychology and modern business coaching frameworks. It features weekly group coaching calls and live Q&A sessions.

The final assessment is a supportive in-person day, which will begin with Hot Seat Coaching from Layla, before students will be required to deliver their first Hot Seat Coaching Sessions. It will close with an official ceremony, to celebrate students becoming certified beauty business coaches.
