Jody, a former salon owner, created the app after she found herself wasting hours of her day organising her paper diary and manually book in clients while trying to tend to another client.

“We have tailored our app to our target market,” reveals Jody.

“Our app is pink and affordable. We want to make booking simple for both businesses and clients. PamperBook offers a digital diary, social booking link, deposits, booking reminders, push notifications and dedicated account managers.”

PamperBook aims to stand out with its outstanding commitment to customer service.

“We know how frustrating it is not being able to get hold of anyone so we have closed that gap and made our account managers accessible 24/7 to our users,” states Jody.

Since launching in 2020, PamperBook has weathered three lockdowns but is continuing to go from strength to strength. It has thousands of businesses on board and over 300,000 appointments have been made.

“The pandemic has definitely been our biggest challenge. However we have worked incredibly hard to adapt during the lockdown and have worked alongside our users as a support system in any way we can.

“We’re more than just a booking system, we’re a community.”

The PamperBook team is currently working on developing the app and are building more features. In the future, they would love to host their very own award ceremonies, more celebrity shoots and build on their podcast.
