Beth Jakabfy, of Blossom Tree Beauty, talks to Scratch about how she created this striking & summery pink tie-dye design.
“I started my own business working from home after training with The Gel Bottle. I practised nail styling every spare minute and my client base grew very quickly. Before I knew it, I was booked up a month in advance!
“I love nothing more than a client letting me have free reign on their nail design – that’s exactly how I created these nails. The Gel Bottle Inc offeres such an amazing and vast range of gel polish colours – I just knew these shades together would create an eye-catching and summery design.
When asked about what she loves about working in the industry, Beth reveals that it’s the endless opportunities for creativity. With over 1000 followers on Instagram admiring her designs, she comments: “To many, this is a small number – but to me it is a huge achievement. Starting out in an industry which is so full of amazing artists can be daunting, but the online nail community has been so supportive.
“I feel like I have come so far in 18 months, therefore setting goals for the future is something I love to do. I would love to be able to teach one to one masterclasses, focusing on nail art and different techniques I use such as prep and application.”
