Keep salon software updated, bug-free & ready for action

Salon Reception

With salons in England set to reopen in less than three weeks, it’s time for salon owners to get their checklist in order and make sure they’re prepared.

We are all well aware we need to keep our hands clean to prevent bugs, but we mustn’t forget that PC’s are under constant threat from nasty bugs too.

Keeping your computer up to date with the latest releases will ensure it’s running as quickly as it can, and will help stop annoying freezing episodes that you might sometimes have, so it’s wise to use this downtime to get your tech up to date.

So take five minutes to check out the iSalon checklist below and stay ahead of the game in time for reopening.

1 – check your license is still valid.

2 – Turn on your computer – so it can make its necessary updates and you’re confident it’s working.

3 – Update your opening hours – across all your social media platforms.

4 – Let your clients know about your booking process; so they are aware they can book on line or call between certain hours.

5 – Update your team on how to use the software.
