WHO CAN ENTER?
A residential salon setup that has been offering nail services in its current location, and in its current name, prior to 1 February 2023 (12 months or more). For example, it can be a room inside a home, or a nail/beauty setup in a cabin, shed or caravan on a residential property.
Entrants to this category offer a clean and inviting space in which clients can enjoy nail services. They may also offer other beauty treatments within the space, but nail services are regular offerings. The space can employ one or more nail professionals who deliver an exceptional service, from the booking process to the treatment itself.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once the entry deadline has passed on 10 March 2024, all entries will be judged and five finalists in this category will be announced on Monday 15 April 2024.
These finalists will be 'mystery shopped' between April and July; a 'shopper' will book in for an appointment and provide a report on the service to Scratch Stars judges. This report, alongside the initial entry and social media/website platforms will be assessed by the judging panel against a number of criteria on a scoresheet.
These scores will be tallied to determine the winner of this category who will be announced at the Scratch Stars Party on Sunday 21 July 2024.
