Actor Matthew McConaughey shares his nail care ritual

American actor, Matthew McConaughey has revealed his intense at-home manicure ritual, which takes 45 minutes.

In an interview with Empire Magazine, the Oscar-winning star opened up about how he likes to sit and trim his fingernails for 45 minutes, which he finds a very soothing process.

“I’ll get a headlamp on, glasses. Sit down with a cocktail and have a nice 45-minute session. It’s very relaxing to me for some reason,” Matthew McConaughey told the publication.

The self-care lover also explained that he is ‘an extremely talented fingernail clipper,’ before mentioning his preferred method of trimming his nails, which includes cutting-edge tools that go beyond than the singular clipper and nail file most have handy.
