Yesterday saw the 74th British Academy Film Awards (the BAFTAs). Handed out at the Royal Albert Hall, London, the awards honoured the best national and foreign films of 2020 and early 2021. Event host, Edith Bowman, matched her mani to her pedi thanks to session nail stylist, Michelle Class. Edith wore Bio Sculpture Gel hue, No.183 Free Lovin – dark bottle green hue.

Star of Netflix’s The White Tiger, Priyanka Chopra Jonas wore a black tipped French manicure with a matte finish, courtesy of celebrity session manicurist, Michelle Humphrey. Michelle used Bio Sculpture Gel products to create the look.

Emerald Fennell complemented her white Roland Mouret gown with a chic grey nail shade. Freelance session manicurist, Charly Avenell, used Chanel Les Vernis in 566 Washed Denim, finished with Le Crème Main hand cream. Emerald’s debut film Promising Young Woman won both best original screenplay and outstanding British film.

Star of Netflix’s Bridgerton, Phoebe Dynevor, a wore muted, nude nail to complement her Louis Vuitton gown. Manicurist, Rebecca Jade Wilson, was part of the glam squad.

Actress, Cynthia Erivo, wore a super long, sparkling nail design, while session nail stylist, Lucy Tucker, tended to her toes with a pedicure treatment, complete with a glittering gel polish shade from The Gel Bottle Inc.

The Crown star, Vanessa Kirby, paired a sleek silver dress with a neutral nail look, seeing a trimmed length and a clean, natural finish. Vanessa was nominated for the leading actress award for Pieces of a Woman.

Manicurist, Robbie Tomkins, used Artistic Colour Gloss in Huntress on Sophie Cookson, star of BBC One’s The Trial Of Christine Keeler.
