Meghan Markle gives royal seal of approval to nail design

On a royal visit to Edinburgh, Scotland, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle received a warm welcome from crowds that lined the streets to catch a glimpse of the couple – but it was a set of bright pink nails that caught Meghan’s eye.
While greeting the public, Meghan complimented the nails of a client of Ashley Toner, nail technician at Notorious Nails salon in Coatbridge.
Ashley’s client was a member of the crowd hoping to catch the eyes of the royal couple and excitedly filmed her encounter with Meghan as they wished each other a happy Valentine’s Day.
In the video, Ashley’s client can be seen shaking hands with the bride-to-be who goes on to say, “Wow, look at your nails – that’s pretty fantastic!”
The pretty pink nails were created with acrylic extensions and a range of INK London products including i3 Gel Polish and INK London Colour Gel Paint in white. Fittingly, INK Additions glitter in Megan was also used in the design as well as white multi glitz glitter from Lecenté being used on the pinky finger.
“My dad always knew I was princess material!” Ashley laughs. “It’s such a big deal and I’ve literally been floating on a cloud for the past few days and I’m just so grateful to my client as well!”
